Engineering a Marketplace—How We Built ZINC from Zero to Production in 25 Days

ZINC Marketplace needed a fully functional marketplace platform with custom workflows, property management, user access controls, and scalable architecture. We designed, developed, and deployed the entire platform in 25 days. The client received a fully operational system with comprehensive documentation and team training, enabling them to manage and scale the marketplace efficiently.

The build prioritized the workflows that mattered most on day one: property administration, user permissions, marketplace navigation, and operational handover. This allowed the client to move beyond a concept and start using a structured platform that could support future feature growth.
